If not already signed, ALL products will be signed by the artist upon purchase and are final sale/non-refundable. If you are not happy with the piece(s) that you purchase, please contact me and I will do what I can to improve your shopping experience or create something new that you will love. 
 
ART OF THE MATTER is not responsible for any damage to the artwork/product(s) upon sale of the product(s) in person, or upon being shipped when ordered online.
 
As many of the hyperrealistic artworks are 3 dimensional (3D) pieces that jut out or protrude from the canvas, ART OF THE MATTER is not responsible for any damage to person or property involving the artwork/product(s). 
 
Home Care Recommendations 
 
Apart from keeping ART OF THE MATTER products in dry and cool/standard room temperature conditions, please note the following:
 
·      Keep artwork/product(s) out of the reach of children and animals.
·      Do NOT allow artwork/product(s) to be hit or dropped as they are all fragile and will incur significant damage. 
·      When adjusting the time on ART OF THE MATTER clocks, do NOT move the clock hands, but rather adjust the time by turning the cog in the clock mechanism on the back of the clock.
·      Hang artwork/product(s) in a safe and secure place; if the artwork/product(s) is 3D, it is recommended that it be hung above eyelevel to avoid injury from any protruding art.
